Greetings and good evening, Ninja Warriors. With less than a week left before the big event, I think this is a fine time to hear some stories of your training exploits over the past few weeks. How have you been finding the course? Are you bonding well with your team — or, if you're going it solo, are you feeling confident about your chances of victory? Which obstacles are you finding a breeze, and which ones are proving to be your greatest nemesis? I want to hear all about it. As for me, I've committed to taking on the course while wearing a pair of these, and the Sandiego Foundation will be making a contribution to a charity of the solo winner's choice in the amount of one thousand dollars for every obstacle I clear. (Which I intend to be "all of them".) If you're interested in joining me in the attempt, let me know; we're happy to sponsor any and all takers in the fun. Oh, did you really? What style of dance? I've been interested in getting into it myself, but I'm still mostly in the phase of looking around for opportunities.

Mainly tap. A little bit of ballet but I never got to the crazy advanced stuff, and a few other lessons to "expand my skill set." I was a Broadway Baby so a great deal of my experience was following the choreographer's instructions whatever they were.

There are definitely adult dance classes out there. Most of them are partner dances but you never know who is open to teaching adults how to bombershay or plié.

Oh, I hope that means you can perform a rendition of "Moses Supposes" on a whim. Don't dissuade me from thinking that if it turns out you can't; let me have my dreams.

I make no promises since I've been off the stage for years now but I AM very familiar with basically the entirety of Singing in the Rain.
