Retrospec has armed and given power to someone who already used that power to attack and hurt many others.
They're arming us, and pushing us to our breaking points.
I fear a riot is likely among their goals.

I could see if they wanted to turn us loose on someone or something else. But right now all they're doing is building animosity between themselves and us. If that is their goal, it's certainly a risky one seeing as right now they're our natural targets.

Come on by. Let's take a look at this...

Togusa is waiting outside the Department, with a very curious look already on his face. He is excited to see Cleo anyway, he would rather congratulate her in person, but this bike has been such a point of curiosity even among the other strange things people have been sent.

[It doesn't take long for Cleo to show up. When she arrives, she pulls up in her fancy motorcycle- It looks heavy, gleaming silver steel armor around it, covering most of the wheels. Twin exhaust pipes on the back shine, but they don't seem to be giving out any exhaust at all. The dashboard itself seems to have projections of light raised, with meters in an alien language, but the light vanishes when she twists and pulls her sword out of the dashboard, returning it to her scabbard.

She pulls off her helmet, and if Togusa hasn't looked closely in a while, her right eye is now a bright yellow with a feline slit pupil, though she's had it since her hospital stay after the Malik incident.]
