Hello and happy new year! A lot of poll results came in from R&D and we've almost fixed taste all the way. Horses are almost fixed, too. We've been working pretty much non-stop around the holidays to stabilize everything, so I hope this works! Just so you guys know, while we were working on fixing the original problems we received some alerts of residual effects outside of our usual domain. Don't worry though! Remember what I said a while ago? We're still moving more resources around into better defenses to protect the city from huge storms like last summer. We'll be taking care of that really soon and isolating the unknown problem. I wish I could tell you more, but we're all working overtime here to finish the final stages of a big project. No matter what happens you guys should be safe while we finish up, so just stay calm, okay? Don't get too reckless! I can't claim to know everything that has transpired since Retrospec came to be, but I've done my fair share of research. There are dangerous occurrences that have happened, and statistically, there will likely be more, but I don't want you to rush into things. You're not reckless, but I don't want you to worry yourself into a frenzy. You can accidentally harm yourself by trying to hurry too much. You will have support from the people who care about you, for the things and people you want to protect. Please consider the people around you and take care of yourself.

Reckless isn't what I would call him. Hotheaded is. I ran into him trying to deal with the bats from last month, and I was reminded of how he could be. He is intelligent, but there is a level of hubris you can gain with age. Mostly, I was joking earlier, but you can't deny he gets a little too confident at times. It's not always a flaw.
