Chuuya Nakahara shared a photo.
3/2 near Recollé
((just pretend there's no ladder or feet here ok, also a much emptier and less pretty room.))okay so listen
I hate posting this here but this is getting real fucked up
has anyone else had issues with weird things happening, including but not limited to being STUCK TO THE GODDAMN CEILING because if anyone knows how to make this stop, believe me, I am all ears
no subject
I can still come over
no subject
but you have to keep the address private if I give it to you

[but okay, okay. Toshi has always seemed like a decent guy (which is, in part, why Chuuya hasn't wanted him to see the place), and he trusts that promise-- a minute later, Toshi gets a text with his address. It's pretty much the cheapest possible apartment complex.]
no subject
[That is......a surprise. Not getting the address, but the cheap apartment thing. He'd kinda expected something a little more expensive than this, huh.]
Hey boss!
[Knock knock, Toshi's here--
...Hey, is the door unlocked?]
Boss?
no subject
[Listen, it took Effort to unlock that door from up here-- or so he will insist. The jury will forever be out as to whether it was unlocked before or after the laws of physics got fucked.
Chuuya is, as he said earlier, hanging out over the couch juuust in case, arms folded and so incredibly done with this whole business... though if the tapping of his foot is any indication, he is less chill than he tries to look at the moment.]
...hope you have some ideas, 'cause this shit definitely hasn't worn off.
no subject
snrk
okay, no, he's fine. Just because this looks like something out of a bad sci-fi movie is no reason to laugh.]
So what'd you do, boss?
[Because honestly, he's kind of assuming this is some kind of "wire circus act" practice gone wrong.]
no subject
[he stomps his foot, there-- don't laugh at him, asshole!!]
I dropped something, I tried to step back so it didn't hit me, and next thing I know? Everything is the wrong way up.
no subject
[r u sure?]
Okay, well here.
[Toshi steps over near the couch and stretches his arms up. He's plenty tall enough that Chuuya should be able to reach him pretty easily.]
Maybe I can pull you down. Gimme your hands.
no subject
[Despite his grumbling, though, Chuuya reaches-- down? up?-- to grab on to Toshi's hands, then gives him an expectant (and somewhat wary) look.]
...alright. Let's see if it does anything.
no subject
[Okay! Toshi adjusts his grip and gives Chuuya an experimental tug. No sense accidentally dislocating his shoulders if he's actually stuck to something up there after all.]
no subject
[HE KNOWS IT'S WEIRD, okay...
The tug works, at least, leaving Chuuya sort of floating above him-- Toshi's still going to have to support his weight, but that's probably not hard for him, honestly.]
-shit. I was hoping getting off the ceiling would make it stop... we're gonna have to aim for the ground here, I guess. Just- don't let go, alright?
no subject
[But this...isn't special effects. It's not like Chuuya "weighs nothing" or anything like that, but he's not that heavy and especially floating like he is he's easy enough to manage. ...But that floating thing is kind of a problem.]
Here.
[He lets go of one hand so he can reach up and get his arm over Chuuya's waist, pulling him down a little more strongly.]
no subject
[His grip on Toshi's other hand tightens when he lets go, and Chuuya is just about to demand to know what he's doing when suddenly there's an arm around his waist.
that shuts him up.
It still doesn't exactly feel stable, though, and he's reflexively reaching out to grab on to Toshi to stabilize himself a bit.]
Shit, warn a guy first before you let go like that!
no subject
[Now that he's pretty sure Chuuya won't float away again and now that Chuuya's holding on, Toshi lets go of Chuuya's other hand and just. Pulls him right on down.]
There! At least you're not stuck to the ceiling anymore, right, boss?
[And fortunately, whatever's affecting Chuuya doesn't seem to be doing anything to Toshi....]
no subject
It's not inappropriate to cling to an employee in this situation, right? Right. And while his face is a bit pink, that's probably just the blood rushing to his head now that he's actually upside down, at least relative to his own current gravity; his little ponytail is still hanging up towards the roof, even.]
... yeah, but I don't think this is fixing anything. Try setting me down, maybe that'll do it.
no subject
Toshi's got his doubts about setting Chuuya down and whether or not that will actually fix things, but hey, what the boss wants, the boss gets, so he nods and carefully lowers (raises?) Chuuya to the floor.]
...If I let go, you're not gonna go flying to the ceiling, are you?
[Because that would not...be ideal....]
no subject
[He sets his feet on the floor as firmly as possible, shuts his eyes and tries to focus very hard on not being upside down. If he's doing this-- if it's like that weird dream memory he had-- then maybe that'll do something.
All that happens at first is his face getting redder the longer he stays here, though.]
no subject
...I'm not sure this is working, boss. You're starting to look kinda....
[...Chuuya's face color is clashing with his hair color is what he's starting to look like]
no subject
[He continues to focus, teeth grit, still hanging on to Toshi for stability. Either this works, or he has to just stay up there until it stops...]
C'mon, c'mon, cut it out already...
[-and then just as suddenly as it happened the first time, gravity reverses itself, and Chuuya goes slack in his grip as he lets himself sink to the ground, his color slowly returning to normal.]
no subject
[Guess it was a good thing Toshi was holding on, huh. He tightens his own grip and puts one hand flat on Chuuya's back to make sure Chuuya doesn't go flailing to the ground, and takes a good look at him (ok maybe he's still not entirely convinced wires weren't involved here somehow.]
You okay, boss?
no subject
[Chuuya wriggles in his grip until he makes it all the way to the ground, then just sort of- sprawls out there on his stomach, spread out flat on the ground and clinging to the carpet.
he doesn't kiss it, but it's a very near thing.]
Fuck, I thought I might be stuck up there all night...
no subject
Maybe you should strap yourself into bed tonight.
[Okay but when he says that is he joking or being serious?]
no subject
[as soon as he's said it, he realizes how that sounds-- thank god he's already facedown so Toshi can't see his expression.]
I mean- shit, forget that--
no subject
Nah, you don't want that anyway, I'm no good with ropes. But be careful, alright? Maybe put some extra padding on the floor, just in case.
[Okay, is he being deliberately obtuse here?]
