Hello, everyone! As you've probably noticed, we've been having a few problems - I mentioned earlier that something got knocked out of balance, and we had to recalibrate, but in a few days we should be able to drop the emergency measures. Please be aware that there is an incoming storm, class four. General orders for that kind of thing are to report to management for any known threats and follow instructions, but so far what's known is "that might be a little annoying" and "hope it isn't". Theoretically it'll probably be related to the holiday, I think, because a large group of souls focused through the needle of a pin on one thing can sort of shape a thing around them. That's sort of a really inaccurate way to put it on the technical side of things, but I think it's the easiest way to understand it! At any rate, we'll know more once we're in the thick of things. Please take care as usual; resources aren't exactly what some of you seem to think they are, and we had to expend rather more than usual in the past month or so to keep things with a few of you steady. I have no clue. I was here for almost an entire semester of college before any of this happened. Plus, people I already knew had it too!

I wonder why it works this way.

Huh. Did they ever try to talk to you about it?

They might have but trying to talk about the app to anyone who doesn't have it just leads to them being confused. It's like the app might as well just not exist to them.

Weird... But I guess it makes sense since it sounds like a lot of weird things were already going on before either of us got it. It must work the same way, however...that works...

That's what I think. I guess it makes sense that people who don't have it don't remember anything about it, in a way, since one of the main side effects of having this app is getting memories.

Oh yeah, I did see something about that. I'm still not totally sure what to think about it. Kind of a curious apprehension, I guess.

I felt the same way too before I started getting memories. I guess I still feel that way now. I haven't really gotten enough memories to feel any other way.

If you don't mind my asking, do the memories just...come to you? I'm sure I'll know eventually, but I guess it'd be good to know what to expect.

Sort of. It's hard to explain... The memory is like a sudden flash, if that makes sense. It's like you're suddenly transported to that exact memory and living through it. Also, it's hard to predict when it'll happen too.

Yeah, I think I get you. Sounds almost like a sudden, really vivid dream.

That's exactly right! It's kind of scary when it happens, but at least it's not life threatening or anything. At least, not that I know of.

That's a relief at least! Kinda freaky if something life-threatening actually happens in the memory, but still. Silver linings!
