004. With no alarms, and no surprises

For those of you who were wondering what happens if those insipid little stones we were given break: I still wouldn't necessarily recommend it until we're certain that it's absolutely nothing, but...

...Well, I certainly don't feel any different, either.

Ah, most fair.

But no, it doesn't bother me.
I've accepted I'm quite odd.

The delusions that people wrap themselves in is just another word called "perspective." There's nothing wrong with it, however. You have your own perspectives about yourself, don't you?

Such as mine that I think I could ever be funny.

Are those two questions really mutually exclusive?
Isn't it a little bit of both?

Now you are getting it.

It doesn't have to, but it does.

Such is the contradiction of humans, right?

It only took a little bit of time, Alexander Cumore.

Hm? You'd like me to stop, then? Very well since it doesn't put me out, Alexander, your request and question are both answered.

Mere curiosity, then?

Well, that is your answer, either way.
The person need only ask.
It isn't necessarily about closeness with a person to suddenly switch to only calling them by one name. No, if it I put it into words, it would be a certain amount of time must pass between me knowing a person without negative relations building.

[ It's a fake reward for people for putting up with him. It's a social construct he made for himself to show that people have tipped into some special category. Whether they actually are or are not -- only he really knows. There are those that he does give meaning to and feel preferential toward, after all. ]
