My eBay account got suspended.

I have not used eBay in awhile so I guess I don't know the proper protocol for someone outbidding you for a cursed doll. Cursed with either a violent curse or a child's soul. The seller didn't specify.

It is not proper etiquette to e-mail the person you were bidding against and ask them to sell it to you rather than use it for their BuzzFeed article. Or let them be aware that you were honestly hoping it had some soul trapped in it to give it to friends in the hope that it will come to life in the middle of the night to do whatever cursed dolls do.

Who knew. I thought we were both cursed doll enthusiasts.

Depends on the angle. We could say that the doll was an unwilling accomplice.

Unfortunately for the doll, it wouldn't likely escape prosecution, but it might lighten the sentence.

No.
I mean, I am hoping that a doll comes to life and attempts to murder them in the middle of the night.
I hope I do not do this with all the people that feel friendly towards me.

What separates the friends you want to subject to a possessed murderous doll and those you don't?

I know those I would get the dolls for would not care.
Also that there is mild interest in them.

Is this some sort of collector's society? Or are you all just curious if they're really cursed.

I have and have not heard much about it. That is a common civilian like me shouldn't hear much about those things unless he is looking. But I also heard about a case that I am somewhat interested in.

No, and somewhat.
I believe if I suggested that there be a collector's society that my friend would have to be the president and I think such responsibility would sit ill with him, even if it is something that he enjoys.
I am somewhat curious if they are cursed.
About as much as one has in throwing a rock at a quiet beehive to see if there are bees still present.

It's not the subject matter, but it's the matter of the subject.
But I'll say it involves one of the Retrospec users.
If you can follow that much to know what I am referring to, you'll understand my hesitation to make it something to "gossip about."

I was wondering if dolls can be possessed by them.
I suppose is what I am most curious about.

Considering one of the prevailing theories offered by Retrospec is that we are displaced souls of another reality, then yes, I think it would be.

Theoretically, no one.
But while I can give proof of the existence of the soul, I can't give any proof of what happens after it no longer has a physical body.
