A little of everything! It's a fusion Japanese-American bakery, of sorts. Mostly varying wagashi, but there's plenty of cakes and cookies, that sort of thing.

It's difficult to explain just because it's so varied, but in essence, they're Japanese sweets. Most are made with some variation of anko, or azuki, which is a red bean paste, but there's plenty that aren't.

Traditionally, the difference between wagashi and other sweets is that a wagashi would be served with tea.
