All you really need to know is that it was deliberate, intentional, and hurtful to some of the people I cared about most at the time. There were no accidents involved, only bad choices.

I've been in Recollé for several years now. I moved here when I was in high school. I like the city, it's nice. What about you?

Just confirmed it with someone who's been involved much longer than I have. Leaving the city is effectively impossible at the moment.
