Whoa...the post settings from the admin accounts are really different than the normal accounts. I'm sure you're expecting Jo or Maury or one of the others but those are all people who are way smarter and way more qualified than me, and those people are working overtime to trace down a signal we keep picking up on. Not sure what it means yet, but I'm hoping for the best. We thought we were able to isolate the problem when the other regions appeared on the current layer but it's something deeper. But hey, isn't that what we're all trying to do here? Hope for the best. Call me curious, but what's your favorite color? I've been teaching myself color theory lately. Mika places a warm hand on top of his friend's knuckles, trying to be supportive, because it's clear from a glance in Yuichirio's direction that he's scared.]

I just. It's not really the easiest thing to remember. Do you remember anything about why it happened? Were you okay after?

[He doesn't want to hear his fears. That Mika was decidedly not okay after that, that Yuu did that on purpose somehow. That he meant to skewer his best friend. He isn't even sure if Mika has any more answers than he does. But all the same. They deserved to know what was going on? How and why they came to that?

Obviously, Yuu had assumed Mika had died, in telling Guren about losing his parents and then the orphanage family he had made for himself. But obviously that was wrong. And he can't be sure if this was it. Their one and only chance to reunite when Yuu stabs the blond. At least, Mika's hand on his stops Yuu from completely stabbing his palm with his fingernails enough to make them bleed, as Mika tells of remembering that particular moment in their other lives.]

[He brushes his chest, where the blade slid in so effortlessly. Mika's voice is very soft as he speaks, as if talking to loudly about it will somehow make it more painful.]

Like that the sword was black and green. And when you realized what you had done you froze up, so the sword didn't do more damage.

I think it must've been a terrible mistake.

I remember we both seemed...surprised? I don't remember much of it. Just that somehow, for whatever reason, I...that I stabbed you. With Ashuramaru.

[But maybe Mika remembers more? That he just hasn't quite said yet? Yuu isn't sure. His own voice is soft, quieter than usual in knowing this isn't something anyone else should overhear, not that anyone is in eyesight or earshot of them that they were aware of anyway. Yuu bites his lip, glancing to his lap.]

[Mika continues in his low voice, careful that they won't be overheard. The more they talk about the incident, the more personal it feels, and Mika doesn't really want Yuichiro to feel like he needs to carry the fault of whatever happened.]

[Unfortunately, Mika doesn't remember much aside from Yuichiro's scared expression and the sick knowledge that the demon sword had been in his chest. It was frustratingly vague.]

[The virus, the vampires and then being taken in by Guren and all. The demon, the seraph gene. Let alone this with Mika. He's still not sure how much to say. If Mika remembers from this much that he was a vampire or not. He's not sure he wants to be the one to say, while also not wanting Mika to be mad for him hiding something like that either.]

[Mika brushes his thumb against Yuichiro's knuckles, looking worried. His memory is still spotty enough that he doesn't even remember why they were enemies. All he knows is that he's concerned about Yuichiro's well being, since his friend seems to take every memory harder than the previous one.]
