I received this from Retrospec this morning in the mail. I think there's been a mistake in addresses or something since I don't think I've ever owned this before. Is somebody looking for this necklace? It's lovely and all but there's something about this that makes me feel a little eerie.

I think most of us were, to an extent, when we first started dealing with this sort of thing. It's alarming to say the least.

I think, in the end, that it would probably be a little bit too much for any of us to do on our own. Too much insanity for one person to handle.

Like I told a friend of mine before when we were discussing this very topic: We can lose our minds together? Isn't that a romantic thought.

Better than being lonely, I suppose. Because if we do end up going over the edge, we'll have company.

A bit of a darkly romantic thought, but I can think of a few novels I've read that were in that vein. Either way, as you said, we are not alone, and I think that helps somewhat.

It seems my book reading is getting the better of me sometimes. I promise to try and tone it down in the future. 'Try' being the operative word here.
