Who else remembers historical figures in their past lives, except they're weird?

I'm not talking 'oh I met Lincoln once and he was a little more casual than history books make him out to be' or whatever. I'm talking about 'Francis Drake was a woman with gigantic breasts' kind of weird.

Only half? I would have thought it was worth three quarters at least. Some historical figures become the stuff of legend after enough time passes.

But the weirdest part of this to me is that you think you know things about these people. You can't be as certain about King Arthur as a person you know for sure existed.

There's always the surprise of what was exaggerated or left out.

Thor, the god of thunder from Norse mythology. He helped save New York City when aliens attacked.

It is isn't it? Thor is not who you expect to show up and put an end to extraterrestrial violence. It makes some sense when you realize he was technically an alien of a sort himself.
