I guess a lot of people are inflicting involuntary violations of bodily autonomy or whatever, and a lot of us found out we were betas in a pretty alarming way, but it seemed like a good time for a pop quiz.  1. I appreciate it! But there's no need to apologize. It's a Retrospec glitch, so unreality or something is what's to blame for telling some people the wrong name up to now. (Or altering their memories of what the name was... or whatever.)

Mmm... good question.
All things considered, which is a pretty big disclaimer around here, things have actually been... kind of normal for me lately? Like, I didn't switch bodies with anyone, and even though a lot of my friends have altered memories of me (though as far as I can tell it's limited to knowing the wrong name...), my brother and my boss remember things the same way I do, so... day to day matters aren't as confusing as they could be.

Well, brother and boss seem like good people to know the right name. Family's important, and it'd be really strange to try to get your paycheck while claiming you're called something else.

I did switch bodies briefly. Can't say I recommend the experience.

Right? And then trying to convince the bank that it's actually my money...
(I guess I should mention that my other siblings all know my name, too, although they don't have Retrospec, so I'm less concerned that they'll be affected by glitches.)

Wow, did you really?? What was it like? Did you try to act like them, or did you just do your own stuff?
