Has anyone else found themselves falling in love with someone in those memories we all get? That might feel a little extreme, but the face has been sticking with me for a while now.

I can remember it. It's not Hikari's birth, but I remember holding a baby girl.

He has a daughter.

Yeah. I guess- talking about the possibility was enough to set it off.

I'd been wondering for so long what had motivated this guy. Wanted to see something outside of his work. This is what I get for asking.

It's strange, I'm conflicted on how to react.

The person you're seeing? Does she have family?

Oh a large one, yes. They've been the basis of my memories from the beginning.

Then how do you deal with the love that you feel for these people who aren't even here?

If my being up at four in the morning pondering about falling for her husband is any indication, not that well?

But no, I've had a lot of time to think about it. For a while, I was worried about how that reflected on me or my family here. But to be honest, at this point... I just want to meet all of them. And have them all meet each other.

I suppose we're back to the original point of this post. And you've come up with a lovely thought. That would be nice.

Tell me about him? What have you remembered so far?

Oh, many things.

James was a family friend of her father, I think? Or uncle? I'm not sure, but she knew him all her life - he was somewhat older than her, you see. When they had to flee Europe, that man was the one who took us to the boat, and on the boat was really where they bonded. He was roguishly handsome at the time - a gentleman in appearance, with with a cunning behind his eyes. All of that belied the fact that he was very gentle though, you would probably even call him genuinely kind. No, you definitely would.

Anyway, after they arrived in Japan, she was distraught from all of it, and lonely. But he came to her, and he proposed to her there, which she accepted. They were together in a happy marriage for about two hundred years that I've recalled.
