Has anyone else found themselves falling in love with someone in those memories we all get? That might feel a little extreme, but the face has been sticking with me for a while now.

I think that's the case for a lot of people on the app, to be honest. It seems rarer to find someone who shares your memories and knows who you were in that other life than... not. I might have been lucky to know two people like that, but I don't think the other is on the network anymore, to my knowledge.

You're right, though, and it's probably better that way. Retrospec gives us a lot of things we don't want, but they can't force us to have feelings for someone that we don't want to.

Maybe it's just the people we know? I know when I mentioned it, they treated it like it was something special, but

It's possible that's just the 'finding someone you had feelings for' thing.

[But medical conditions... it makes him think of Mio, and he can't help but tense at that. Saying 'unless the medical conditions force you to kill someone' would be a breech of her privacy, no doubt.]

What do you mean by that, though? The feelings not working for the life you've had.

Ah-- if you don't mind me asking, of course.
