I've gotten a vague recollection of a whole lot of fire over the last while but to be honest the last two months are a blur to me. I've gotten a lot of things fixed up in my personal life but it feels like I've scarcely had a real conversation in all that time?

Sneaking suspicion my hair went back to brown, but I'm not dead certain there either!

Hi sure I've missed a lot. Anyone want to help me get to my kitchen I suddenly look ninety and feel sicker than a dog.

[ ... And despite the proper texting she might have collapsed on the upper floors of her house oops. ]

Got it

[About fifteen minutes after his previous message, Shuji arrives. He finds the key fairly quickly (considering the 'hidden' and 'dark' things) and enters, going right up stairs.

You still on the floor, Elda?]
thesettingsun: smile (I hear you're drunk every night)

[So, when Elda said she looked ninety, Shuji sort of assumed that was exaggeration from a woman who normally looks very good for her age and that she looked worse than normal but not... like this.

Well.]

Elda!

[He hurries to kneel beside her, barely remembering to flick off the lightswitch before he does so.]

What happened? How can I help you? I-I'm sorry I should've picked up blood from somewhere-

[Since he has none of his own to offer, which is clearly the worst part of having ink for blood.]

[Probably is better than definitely not at all, so. Carefully, Shuji scoops Elda up in a princess carry - even if she weren't so tiny he wouldn't have any issue, thanks Retrospec - to take her to her kitchen.]

Do you usually have it in the fridge?
thesettingsun: mad (to fall into your trap)

[Her son can deal, because she's Mom and Mom can keep blood in her fridge if she wants to. Sheesh, kids these days.

Right now there isn't anything to do but open the fridge and hope.

And behind door number one is...?]
