gamblingaddictHello, everyone! My, this is suddenly a lot more intimidating when you're the one posting out for everyone to see! (^u^;)
I'm sure by now everyone's become familiar with the trick-or-treat function that was added in this month. While the game of collecting virtual candies is fun in and of itself, I couldn't help but find it a little boring. Ah! No offense meant of course to any Retrospec employees who might be reading this. (>_<;)
And so, I've been thinking of ways to make virtual trick or treating a little more interesting. At the same time, I still consider myself fairly new on here, and I'd like to get to know as many of my fellow Retrospec users as possible. So, here is my little deviation I'm proposing -- I'm sure everyone's familiar with the game two truths and a lie?
1. Comment below to either myself, or anyone else who'd like to play, with the function prompter "trick or treat" included to start the round
2. Whoever was asked posts two truths and one lie about themselves
3. If the trick or treater correctly identifies the lie, then they're rewarded with their "treat"
4. If they choose wrong however, then they instead get "trick" but do not select a punishment for the other party; after all, it wouldn't be fair if they get punished for winning the round, would it?
5. Then, the two switch, and it's time for the trick or treater to be prompted and provide two truths and a lie
6. You can keep going for as long as you like! Play as many rounds as you wish!
Now, this obviously entirely voluntary. You're free to participate or ignore as you wish. I simply thought it might be a fun way to enjoy the gathering of these virtual candies. Also, there clearly isn't a system in place to stop anyone from breaking the rules I've suggested above. Consider this entirely on an honor system then. Anyone up to play? ;)
