Well, to your credit, I don't 'think' you were trying to do any harm the last time. You wanted us to have fun then, too, and you hardly ruined anything.

Good. At least it is not as decadent or awful as a few other beauty pageants I have heard about.

I've never watched or heard about other beauty pageants before. What do they tend to do during theirs?

Despite her strangeness, yes. It was as friends, but it was fun in very colorful sort of way. She's been less visible lately, and I wonder how she is.

I have heard horror stories about the treatment of women, and the objectifying of them. No stories of actual physical problems. Just a very specific model women are expected to fit into. I have a high opinion of the women who participate, but not so much the events themselves.
