So I've been thinking about this a lot, and I don't think blue and green are actually gone. I mean, we can't see them anymore, but I'm wondering if it's more like colorblindness than them actually changing the whole world. Because, think about it. If blue were actually gone, they sky wouldn't be gray. The sky would be red. That's how light and our atmosphere work. We see it as blue because of refracted red light. I remember reading about it forever ago in a science textbook. And if green were gone, we'd already be seeing the smaller plants starting to die, and they aren't, right? So they clearly still are...photosynthesizing. So. I'm not sure the world changed. I think this time it was us. And I can't decide if that's better or worse.

It could mean they are still testing the limits of whatever it is they use to do this.
We do seem like guinea pigs after all.

Good hypothesis yeah.
If theyre trying to get all the kinks out of the system then that means attempting different things.
Though im flummoxed as to what their goal could be.

So, they can rewrite reality.
But they aren't good at it yet.

In theory I suppose the long-term goal would be something really big
and really complicated.

That they absolutely have to get right.

Huh. When you put it that way... it makes sense.
I wonder if they consider the chocobo replacement a success?
If i were a shadowy corporation altering reality i wouldnt be pleased. It didnt change the information but rather just copypasted.
And in this case too it didnt TRULY destroy the colours.

Maybe that's what they want though.
I mean...
I can think of a few ways copy-pasting something out of the universe could be handy.
