For those who've indicated interest in the OOC plotting post, especially those who are interested in staffing/volunteering and/or boothing/exhibiting, please look for the top-level comments I've added! There's some note there so I can keep track of stuff easier, thank you /o/ Feel free to use this as a mingle, OOC questions have their own top level, and Kaiba may or may not jump in to the IC discussion if he feels like it. Thank you for your email - I apologise for the delay in replying.

In terms of the actual infrastructure and the set up of networks at convention location, that has been graciously covered by the venue. I will admit, however, that my area of expertise lies in software and I am looking for a team of people who would be able to handle overseeing the provided set up as well as to run any technical maintenance over the weekend.

Have you had any experience in handling large scale events? Not a deal breaker but it would be good for me to know.

Volunteers get all three plus compensation of $40 for every five hour shift per day. If you would like to come on board as staff, however, a compensation package can be discussed in person.

Would you be available to meet either today or tomorrow, preferably in the afternoon? I like to see who I'm working with before further discussion.

Oh, yeah... I can definitely handle that. I'm a bit of an electronics junkie.

As far as experience, though, I'm definitely new to all of that on a professional level? But I've been doing stuff on my own for a long time now.

I'm definitely open tomorrow to meet up if you wanna do that. I start my shift at work at 4, so maybe like 2?

2pm is fine by me - it shouldn't take more an half an hour to 45 minutes, actually. I have attached directions to my offices at Enprise. When you arrive, the receptionist will show you to my office.
