Thank you for your email and for expressing your interest in helping out at the convention.

As it is, I am currently recruiting for staff members who would be interested in helping to run the administrative side in the lead-up to the convention, including managing the volunteer schedules as well as to handle any other miscellaneous enquiries, including but not limited to petty cash claims, booth requests and the like.

I'm looking for someone who is organised and can work well under the pressure of cascading deadlines. If you are interested, I would be happy to meet with you for a short discussion regarding expectations on both our ends and to evaluate where you may best be placed in the team. Would you be available either today or tomorrow, sometime in the afternoon?

If it's not too short a notice, I have a free slot at 3pm today, if you are able to make it. In terms of supporting evidence,
I would especially interested in seeing how you have coordinated any heavy scheduling work - either for school events, or for large groups of people. I leave any further evidence up to your discretion - take this as a chance to show me your best work.

I have attached directions to my offices in Enprise. When you have arrived, please let my receptionist know and she will show you to the room that we will be using.
