The first milestone for the second of the colors lost has been met, and accordingly we have diverted resources to fix what could be fixed. R&D has alerted me that a bigger loss may occur in the near future, and I would advise you to be careful, though I am afraid neither they nor I can be much more detailed than that. Hitori Togusa There are almost 200 people getting handed swords and guns and the ability to set things on fire and post-traumatic memories that they can't control. Yeah, I think everyone else is in danger.

Hitori Togusa They're talking about fixing what they can. They have been keeping us protected all this time. But why do they also keep saddling us with these false memories, too? I just want a straight damn answer.
