So you're saying the app itself has nothing to do with that "like-minded" awareness; it just connects the people who already are that way?

Really, it's fascinating to see how people's minds refuse to acknowledge things that this app has arbitrarily decided oughtn't exist. Bring up a horse to any person who doesn't have this app, and all you'll get (at best) is a blank stare.

sorry, we've only been able to find out so much
well, i'm not completely on the loop on all the findings out there
but mostly we keep hitting walls trying to look into retrospec
and weird things keep happening
and a bunch of people using the app experience these memories/hallucinations/hallucinomemories
it's like remembering doing stuff that you never actually did?

But you're right. The people on this app seem to have had the wool pulled off their eyes. As opposed to the people without it. I've been calling them sleepers.

And yes, you're right. It seems an apt enough metaphor, given how they hardly seem to notice the lack of colors, horses, and singing fruit.

I have to agree with that. Reds and Oranges make up the majority of my wardrobe and we all deserve something to wear that isn't greyscale.

As for your question, those of us with this app have been able to notice these changes in the city and receive visions of another life now and then. We're still in the midst of figuring out why this is happening, but my personal theory is that there might be a connection with the first founder

Two months ago, Retrospec shrank everyone and we had to live for about a week navigating our daily lives while everyone not on the app thought nothing of it. I found something in a crack in the wall while investigating the history museum.

As a preface: apart from removing colors and replacing animals and fruits, there are other supernatural going-ons that are surely Retrospec's doing.

I found what seemed to be a room filed with darkness and stars, and in the back was a color video recording of the first founder's speech. I have also found documents that indicate Retrospec was an important project in the city, but I don't want to share it over the network.
