The first milestone for the second of the colors lost has been met, and accordingly we have diverted resources to fix what could be fixed. R&D has alerted me that a bigger loss may occur in the near future, and I would advise you to be careful, though I am afraid neither they nor I can be much more detailed than that. I think retrospec can be kinda hard on kids still living with their parents

i don't really get on with my parents, and since ann and i came into this at the same time, i'm not feeling totally lost.
it must be weird to talk to someone who doesn't have it--i can't even imagine not having this, and i've had it for what, an hour?

well there's two, equally terrifying answers to that

1. by doing it neurally, which means our brains have literally been tampered with either physically or chemically

or by just straight up manipulating the fundamentals of light and pigment or whatever
