The first milestone for the second of the colors lost has been met, and accordingly we have diverted resources to fix what could be fixed. R&D has alerted me that a bigger loss may occur in the near future, and I would advise you to be careful, though I am afraid neither they nor I can be much more detailed than that. Characters who have been in game since February will find their profiles now have a 6 months badge. It does absolutely nothing of note.

waking up with grey eyes was a surprise, in all honesty, and as a game developer,
it's fucking hard to do anything graphics wise properly when you're losing two primary colours that are essential in world building.

that aside, the colours take some getting used to. the worst was when we were all six inches tall for like a week in... May?

The most likely theory I think some people, myself included, are leaning towards being the most plausible is that this is apparently a virtual reality world that Retrospec seems to like to play with on a regular basis - glitches and things breaking being the most apparent method of showing their control over us, somewhat.

... fair enough, although when you're six inches tall, everything that could kill you in one shot looks threatening. unless you're a baby duckling, because someone gave me a ride on one when it was flooded and that was the only way across.

i'm sorry. i know that it's a life-and-death situation, but that's an endearing tale. i'm glad that you made it out along with everyone else. this unfortunately doesn't help us predict or prepare for what comes next.
