Hello Users,

For those of you who are new: Welcome to Retrospec™, the last social media network you will ever need. You are one of the few selected to test this exciting new platform based on our cutting-edge algorithms. Membership is not currently open to the public. However, we hope you will come to see how useful Retrospec™ is, given time. We have for your use a variety of features such as text, voice, video, and image posts. We encourage you to explore our many options.

For all, new and old: Please be advised that should you go above and beyond the call of duty for Mr. Halloway's little game in the coming days, there may be a reward granted or information given. 100% completion would be the goal for that, should you have an interest. If you have no interest in the matter, please feel free to carry on as usual.

R&D will not be handling further communiques for this month, or possibly the next few months. This should not, of course, have any impact on your usage of Retrospec™.

The first milestone for the second of the colors lost has been met, and accordingly we have diverted resources to fix what could be fixed. R&D has alerted me that a bigger loss may occur in the near future, and I would advise you to be careful, though I am afraid neither they nor I can be much more detailed than that.

Finally, I would like to extend congratulations to those of you who have now reached your sixth month. We hope you will continue to accept our assistance in these trying times.

Thank you for your patience,

Janet Wiseman

As of this post green fruits and flowers of this color regain their pigment. (Note: this is not all plants. This is just for flowers and fruits!)

Please feel free to use this post as a network mingle. Every toplevel can be considered a new post, and threadjacking is permitted. No NPC response will be given. Usernames are the character's full real AU names, not aliases or chosen nicknames or usernames, and seemed to have filled themselves in; nothing characters do can change or obscure their names currently. Any new characters will find that the first photo they upload is locked as their profile picture for the rest of the month. Characters who have been in game since February will find their profiles now have a 6 months badge. It does absolutely nothing of note.

It does make me wonder just what else I should be watching out for, honestly.

At least we haven't shrunken again.
That was unpleasant.

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-06 03:26 pm (UTC)(link)
But it made cleaning those small places a lot easier right?

[Ahahaha...ha..ha...haaa]

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-06 08:08 pm (UTC)(link)
Not really. Accessing them, yes. Holding cleaning supplies, no.

[Sorry, were you making a joke?]
yamagishi: (Calling for you)

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-06 09:08 pm (UTC)(link)
[ . . . ]

Carrying things would be difficult but maybe we could make them smaller? Just in case if it happens again.

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-09 03:21 am (UTC)(link)
That seems like a waste of effort and energy for a scenario that may or may not happen again.

If it doesn't, all we've done is leave ourselves with tiny cleaning tools.

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-09 04:22 pm (UTC)(link)
It's not a bad thing? We could still use it to clean those small corners!

[Fuuka, what are you doing?]
truedetective: (08)

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-09 06:59 pm (UTC)(link)
You are very optimistic.
yamagishi: (The suspense is terrible)

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-10 08:04 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm afraid I have to be with everything going on. Although, I'm not sure is that a good thing or not.
truedetective: (04)

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-14 09:36 pm (UTC)(link)
I don't see a problem with optimism in itself? The only problem is if it breeds naivete.
yamagishi: (But what proof?)

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-17 11:09 am (UTC)(link)
You've got a good point.

Although, I don't really think that's a bad thing sometimes.
truedetective: (08)

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-18 04:10 am (UTC)(link)
How is naivete ever a good thing?
It benefits nobody to be overly credulous.
yamagishi: (And the bad unhappily)

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-19 02:52 pm (UTC)(link)
It could make people see that there is someone they could trust. And especially without judgement either.
truedetective: (04)

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-21 04:23 am (UTC)(link)
And you consider that a positive?
What if they were then misled?
yamagishi: (I don't know)

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-21 08:45 pm (UTC)(link)
That could happen but I rather believe the benefit of the doubt.

Although, I am being optimistic.

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-22 09:47 pm (UTC)(link)
A bit of a catch-22, then. Optimism about optimism.
I don't think optimism is bad per se, but it may be risky.
yamagishi: (Guy impression)

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-23 07:57 pm (UTC)(link)
I still think it might be worth the risk. You never know, right?

[personal profile] truedetective 2017-07-24 05:38 am (UTC)(link)
I suppose you don't.
And I sincerely hope it works out for you.
yamagishi: (The good ended happily)

[personal profile] yamagishi 2017-07-25 09:01 pm (UTC)(link)
The same goes to you as well! Especially with everything going on as of late too!

I wish that you stay safe!
