When I first got the app in May, Retrospec kept sending all its users photos of themselves taken from behind. Sometimes in public. Sometimes in private where there shouldn't be any cameras and there's no way someone should have been able to take pictures of me in my room without me noticing.

Jim said he was on 'surveillance duty', which sounds a lot like stalker duty to me.

It would all be easier if it was a dream, wouldn't it? Sadly, I don't think it is. This is our reality now, and we have to live in it. We've been given no choice in the matter.

I agree with you, but it would be nice to find out that everything is back to normal suddenly. Too bad reality doesn't work that way.

Yes. Sadly, the world doesn't really work that way. Things won't go back to normal. And so now I have to juggle both this, and my Norma life, because I can't simply ignore that this exists. But also, I do have a life to get to. To live. So I guess we just have to go along with all this.

At least class is out for the summer. That's one thing off my shoulders, for now. And if we shrink again I don't have to worry about crossing the giant campus.

I mean, I know that. I just never went to college and I have a decently successful career founded on pure talent and genius. Most people can't go that route though.

Well, I'm sorry that some people want to earn a degree and earn some kind of respect in a world that mostly sees people by their accomplishments and equates not going to college with being a lazy bum. I don't think they're right, but I'm going to earn a degree or die trying.
