... Someone with a nice smile. They have to be kind too, even if appearances say otherwise, and yes, someone I don't mind spending time with. Witty, charming, fun to be around, someone who can take what they dish out... Liking animals is a must, and I think I'd like it if they had a pet of their own already actually.

Oh, and they need to be financially secure, of course. It's an important trait to have these days.

Oh. My parents bought the place. It's sort of an investment. Once I'm finished with school we're going to rent it out.

We did get lucky, yes. The place was cheap, that's all, and we've put work into fixing it up to be comfortable.

I do have a friend in the rental business though, if you want help finding a place? They're not on Retrospec but they're a friend of my family's.
