I recently remembered about something about an ability called hypno that an esper can have. I'm not sure what other abilities there are but this one allows a person to control people's perceptions. Sort of like making illusions I guess?

I wonder if that's like what Retrospec is doing? Or are all the changes real?

Also, I'm trying to complete my bingo card and I need to find someone with a sibling to hang out with. I promise I'm not anyone suspicious or a stalker or anything like that, so if you have a sibling could you please give me their number? Sorry for taking up your time like this.

Well, I didn't want to bother anyone and I wasn't confident I could speak well...

[ Taking up English was pretty tough, he can understand those worries. Even making some kind of hobby out of watching films got confusing with the variety of accents depending on time period and region. ]

Dibs... to put in another English word, would be somewhat like claiming? But here it's not really "official". Something like a race for when people want the same thing.

So if for example seating in places like these were settled by "dibs" instead of reservations, it'd probably be even more chaotic.
