I'm not? It's just common sense. Why leave a gun in a car when it would be less trouble to boost the thing?

Because maybe it's harder to hotwire the car instead of just break the windows and take anything out of it.

I don't know, I don't exactly make it my business to know how the mob works.

It's got a thumbprint lock. I would think those are easier to hack?

No way. It's 2017, cars are supposed to be harder to break into now.

Huh. And here I thought the movies were right about people opening them faster than normal locks.

Well yeah, it's faster to hold your thumb or whatever up to a scanner for half a second than it is to fiddle with keys.

But if you don't have the right prints, then it won't open, period. You'd have to pull some superspy fingerprint falsifying stuff to break into that.
