Welcome to the latest development in Retrospec's weirdness. They sent me these comics about myself a few months ago and most of them were really messed up. Damaged covers, missing pages, all sorts of rips and tears, you name it. But I just took another look at them today and a bunch of the damage is fixed now. Most of the covers on the Young Allies ones are mostly restored, and a lot of pages that were ripped out earlier are now back in the books like they were never gone. I don't know what it means, but it's creepy. Now here's where I ask the obligatory questions: has anyone else had anything similar happen, what's Retrospec playing at here, are they crawling into my windows when I'm asleep to glue new pages in, etc. etc.

Well excuse me for not putting a disclaimer on it that says "doesn't apply to 100% of all army brats, because nothing applies to anything 100% of the time." So here it is: yeah, I know a bunch of kids who resent it, but it's usually about resenting how strict and cutthroat it is, not about the army itself.

And what do you mean, "how do I feel about it"? I barely think this even qualifies as being an "All American Hero." It's just two people who decided to dress up in flag-themed tights.
