This is probably a long shot, but...

If someone on the app suddenly forgets about the app, or just all the weird things going on ... is there a way to make them, er, re-remember again?

I don't live with my brother, and all my roommates are on the app.

I moved into an apartment with a friend of mine in July.
But I still go home a lot.

I wonder if they pick people who know each other on purpose.

I'm not looking forward to hiding a part of my life from him.
But...it would be nice to have a break once and awhile from the weird.
