If someone on the app suddenly forgets about the app, or just all the weird things going on ... is there a way to make them, er, re-remember again?

I really can't remember anything besides that girl attacking.
I think I was watching from a good distance behind her?
I wasn't close by.
Though now that I think about it, it's a little weird I could pick up that much detail from that far away...
