I came home to find this guy in my apartment. Anyone know anything about owls? It's acting like it knows me! Like, IT'S WAVING!

Great, now I live with two animals that think they are smarter than me.

Any ideas on how to calm an angry cat down? I've never seen my cat this angry. He won't even let me pick him up and I'm his favorite person. And I'm not sure if I should touch the owl just yet.

after all we dont even walk right
and we seem like halpless idiots that cant hunt
and have no idea water is bad

does your cat like catnip
maybe see if you can get them into different parts of the house and try to gradually introduce them to each other

Ok, humans are not that useless. We just do other things besides our natural animal instincts.

What cat doesn't like catnip? Maybe I'll try that. And yeah, it appears the owl has more manner than my cat.

We don't go running around catching our food is because humans evolved from being strictly hunter gatherers to farmers. Read an anthropology textbook why don't you?

Why should I tell that to my cat? He doesn't care. You let him have his space, a supply of catnip, toys, and food and he's a happy cat. No cat cares about anthropological topics.
