That depends on how you define a human being.

At the moment, I'm pretty sure I could produce fertile offspring with a 'normal' human, so biology is on my side when I say yes.

That's terribly flawed logic. Just because you could reasonably inseminate a human doesn't necessitate that you are one.

This is an actual question, I haven't taken biology since high school.

Because I've gotten eyes that see in the dark but hate being in sunlight, super strength, and reflexes which honestly put me on par with if I'd been working training for over twice as long as I've been alive.

And because I've remembered insane things like her erasing memories, sailing on bat tornadoes, and the mechanics of how death work for her species.

And what she eats.

In my point of view the term "human" can be flexible from how you look at it.

If you're referring to the people in our memories, the ones we're supposedly going to become - I don't know, as of yet. But I'm beginning to believe that I might not be.
