Well, I'm stuck inside, so tell me: is Retrospec doing anything noteworthy? Is it raining fire or flooding toxic waste into the streets yet? And before anyone jumps down my throat about reading the post... No, I didn't, because this computer is so old it can hardly load anything. Even the usual stupid underhanded bullshit that company does would be a more interesting read about than staring at a wall for hours.

The concept of 'free time' here is a joke when it's the same thing every single day. Monotony and restrictions that keep you from doing much of anything because it could be considered 'dangerous'... so, entertain me. I'm bored. I have a couple hours to kill. At least tell me if there's some world-changing disaster going on that's going to make my life even MORE difficult while I'm in here...

lol, just every once in a while! When I do get some free time, I tend to take naps. What about you?

Nothing. All my time is free time. It's boring.

What do you wish you could do instead?
Other than go to school, since you're not interested in that.

Go outside? Go to the bathroom by myself? I'm willing to take a lot of things, here, as long as it's a break from the norm.

When you eventually get to go outside, what do you hope the weather will be like? I actually like cloudy days the best. Maybe it's weird to think of it this way, but they seem a little more low-key and casual than sunny days, so I feel like I can relax more.

I just want to go outside. I don't really care. I don't like being kept in here.

The sun would be best... I like the warmth. It's too cold this time of year. Everything here is dull and sterile and it's only moreso when it's not sunny out.

Does that mean summer is your favorite season? Do you like going to the beach?

Summer is the most freeing season... not to mention the warmest, as mentioned. As for the beach... I don't mind it either way. I don't go out of my way for it.

I kind of feel the same way, but I wonder if that's just because I've always lived near the beach. If I moved inland,
maybe I'd realize I miss it. Did you grow up here in the city?

Yes. Emphasis on 'city'... I didn't have the luxury of living by nature such as you. Not that I mind it all the time... there's lots of things to do in the city, after all.

That's true. The public transportation is a lot better in the city center here than I was used to! I guess service is kind of spotty out to Peach Beach, though?

I suppose? I don't know. I usually walk places. Or I did...

But let me ask you this: why do you care so much about idle chatter? This isn't exactly pertinent information
