I think I can guess why, and I completely understand. The same has happened to me recently too, if it's what I think. I am getting well past the 'breaking nose' response at this rate.

I am starting to understand a little how that 'other me' thinks today. I doubt that was their intention, but it's been the result. They really need to stop hiding lethal weapons in my house.
