I do tend to get a lot of attention... not all good. So a smaller space isn't too bad. It's not as bad as you're probably thinking, though - I'm not THAT famous. But! Even if you don't think you're terribly special, that isn't a reason not to push yourself to become someone greater. Everyone has something. I've learned that much since I started acting.

[Well, it's more attention than she'd be used to...! Still, she sits and thinks about that for a good few moments.]

Well, even still...! It could be a lot to deal with, sometimes, I'd think! Still... I do try for that! [Even if she's not sure where she's pushing, generally. Yet, Alicia's words do give her something of a boost in confidence.] I'm sure I'll find what that something is!

So... I appreciate that! I also, like... don't want you to think I'm saying all this JUST because you're a little famous...!

[It certainly has something to do with the attention and the surprise Alicia would pay attention to HER, but she's enjoying talking more than that.]

[It had better be, it's not like Maya's been working towards anything SPECIFIC lately.]

Well, you've been around all sorts of people filming, right? It's only natural you'd pick up a lot of things, then!

It does sort of come with the territory, yes. And it's not always when we're filming - we meet a lot of people through work. You learn about people in all walks of life, and in many different places. It can open your eyes to what really matters.

I can only imagine! It sounds like it must be really exciting! I'm almost jealous just hearing about it!

Of course, I don't mean that in a bad way...!

It is a somewhat glamorous life, yes - I won't deny that. So I understand. But you must understand that everyone, everywhere, sees different things. As much time as I spend away from home, there are things I don't notice when I'm here. But you, who spend all your time here, might notice that something is just slightly off. There is something to be said for being in tune with the local crowd, with the world around you. I don't quite have that.

But she sort of gets where Alicia is coming from, regardless.]

I think I understand what you mean, and... I guess I've never really looked at it like that! Everyone has things to teach others, huh?

Right! One person simply can't know everything - it's too much. But that's why we work together. All of us can together conquer something that seemed impossible alone. It's why we work in teams, why we learn in school how to cooperate with each other.
