Is anyone else having trouble getting a hold of people outside the city? I've been trying to reach my relatives and friends back home, but it's getting harder and harder to get anything through and I can't figure out why.

At this rate I might be stuck in town for Thanksgiving. I hope everything's alright.

Oh. And does anyone want macarons? I was learning how to make them and I made way too many.

Oh, I was stress cooking, and Akira suggested macarons to give to the people who got their, um, clothing stolen.

Turns out I was really stressed. [And made LOTS]

I had someone accidentally call me trying to go through their parents, but haven't tried calling out of the city personally yet.

I've just ended up getting re-routed to people on the Retrospec app.
My parents, my friends from back home... nothing.

Hopefully it'll get fixed by the end of the month, though.

someone i accidentally called suggesting that i should fedex them or something and im gonna try that method. sure the app can't have that much power over technology, right

I wouldn't sure of that if this app can control what colors exist in the world, but fedex is a good idea. I don't know if it'll make it in time for Thanksgiving, but maybe I'll try it just to let my family know I'm okay. Thanks.

My phone won't connect calls or texts, and emails won't send either. But its only when I try to reach someone outside the city. Inside the city, it works fine.

Sounds like lots of other people are having the same problem.

Yes, and I'll admit relief that it may not be isolated. If it's a network issue it's more reassuring than my brother just being cut off.

I don't know, I feel less relieved to know it's widespread.
If it was just me, then it could be something wrong with my phone. Or I could send a letter.

But now it feels like there's nothing I can really do about it.
