It doesn't have to make sense or be useful - it just has to be a suggestion, at which point the application will return to normal.

a while ago people were talking about really crazy conspiracy theories, like retrospec being owned by the mafia and things like that

but it's starting to look more and more possible that it really is something that weird honestly

Still seems kind of high profile... But it could possibly be something like that. If so, the mafia has terrible taste in music. Actually, it doesn't matter who's behind this, their taste in music is terrible. The notices are nothing compared to those stupid never ending looping songs.
