Upon opening this entry at all, characters will find themselves spammed with notifications and strange glitched texts until they make some sort of suggestion for a new application feature on the Retrospec app. This can range from a personalized friends list to a watermelon image gallery to a watergun charging station. It doesn't have to make sense or be useful - it just has to be a suggestion, at which point the application will return to normal.

your second is not being unnerved by this app installing itself on its own and then calling us all beta testers. it's the change over to PATRONS that unnerves you?

don't get me wrong I'm still plenty unnerved about how it got on our phones but we've already established that it's super suspicious and shady, and that we don't know how it happened

but I'd rather leave the technical side to other smarter people, and focus on tracking what I do understand

if I had to pin down one thing? How all these extra weird things have been happening along with having this app

last month it wasn't just that horses became birds, there were those weird beads too. To say nothing about how some people in the city just can't seem to see or believe that Retrospec is a thing

which is even weirder. it feels like they were just given out to mess with us

I know people have been trying to visit the building and figure out stuff about it but everything seems to give us more questions than answers

I more mean that next month we'll have three months' worth of information, weird happenings, and posts from them to think about instead of two, which will help us define what to expect instead of assuming either extreme of the spectrum, tame and mildly weird or invasive and excessively weird

that's the kind of evidence I want to track
