Characters who have been in game for one month will find they can now change their profile pictures; newcomers are locked into their first choice. Upon opening this entry at all, characters will find themselves spammed with notifications and strange glitched texts until they make some sort of suggestion for a new application feature on the Retrospec app. This can range from a personalized friends list to a watermelon image gallery to a watergun charging station. It doesn't have to make sense or be useful - it just has to be a suggestion, at which point the application will return to normal.

Well, that's really the only thing I want from this company. An uninstall feature. I know it won't come so easily, though it should be a no-brainer to have that option...

it would also be a no brainer to let us change our names on this thing
as well as probably explain to everyone else immediately how to turn off the notifications

They aren't interested in establishing an actual social media presence. They already had information like our names. They're probably selling it or some other manner of info brokering.
Though why they care about some people above others is beyond me. Or how they even got any information to begin with.
