Characters who have been in game for one month will find they can now change their profile pictures; newcomers are locked into their first choice. Upon opening this entry at all, characters will find themselves spammed with notifications and strange glitched texts until they make some sort of suggestion for a new application feature on the Retrospec app. This can range from a personalized friends list to a watermelon image gallery to a watergun charging station. It doesn't have to make sense or be useful - it just has to be a suggestion, at which point the application will return to normal.

[That is actually a tough question. It makes Togusa have to think for a bit before he can come up with a good answer.]

Hitori Togusa I try to find balance. To have enough parts of my life that aren't the job, something else I can hold up my identity on.
Hitori Togusa The job wants you to just be the job. The culture of being a police officer is too easy to fall into getting obsessed with just what you're doing on the clock.
Hitori Togusa So, I read a lot. I go find new ramen shops. I talk. To a lot of people. To make sure I don't forget that the people I'm serving on the clock are still people, also, off the clock.
Hitori Togusa And, here's the big one, and this is the one I can point to a few of our upper brass who fall into this trap.
Hitori Togusa Off the clock, I'm off the clock, I don't expect people to be treating me differently or using my title of 'Officer' or showing me any more or less respect than they would anybody else. Keeps me a bit more humble.

Hitori Togusa Well, our new winner for youngest user clocks in at age 7, so I'm rather serious about the possibility of age filtering.
Hitori Togusa Highest end is 60, mean for a partial sample that I ran the numbers on was right at 24. Seems to apply to the whole sample.
Hitori Togusa Right now it seems all over the map: a bunch of our our police force, college students, college professors.
Hitori Togusa The few actual famous people we've got here are all actors. No politicians. I think a few small-business owners, but no corporate owners that have jumped out at me.

Hitori Togusa Of anything, it feels like this was all just a test. The launch of the platform, the stupid beads, even the horses. If they had anything to do with it.
Hitori Togusa It's all too small, and too easy for other people to ignore. So it feels more like a gearing up for something larger.

Hitori Togusa But there is the even worse idea.
Hitori Togusa The whole thing with horses. Everyone else forgot, and we remembered. So the worst idea is that someone else is doing this, and somehow Retrospec is protecting us from it.
