the berries both looked and were so delicious on their own! i felt it'd be a waste to squish them alongside their blackberry parent.

doesn't every parent want to show off their children to everyone? so with that thought in mind, i decided to soak them in boiling water with cinnamon to get their ripe mix color while enhancing the taste of the fruit's natural sweetness.

it would! the loganberry's flavor is a mix between raspberry and blackberry. they make a very delicious jam together! and juice too, if you have enough.

actually no, i didn't go to a specialty store per say. i brought of few of the seedlings i was able to gather from my own garden before moving to this city. i've been sharing it with a few of the locals over at the chata district. would you like some? i can get you a handful, no problem.
