Has anyone here formed an opinion on their past (or other) self? Is it positive or is it negative? If negative, how do you deal with it?

Maybe. But if my assumption of past me is correct, I don't know if they would take it so lightly.

But it doesn't matter what your past self thinks or would take it, does it? Since it's all in the past. Unless you're talking about the person that you plan on talking to.
Then you can tell them that you're not the person that you used to be.

I'm talking about the people I would tell.

It's simple when you put it that way. But it seems a lot more difficult to actually do it. I'll try it out, though.

If they judge you for what you did in the past, they're stupid. You know better now, right? That's the important part.
