Has anyone here formed an opinion on their past (or other) self? Is it positive or is it negative? If negative, how do you deal with it?

in all my memories of her
it feels like she has 3 or 4 distinct personalities
like sometimes shes all bubbly and nice to people
if kind of a weirdo
sometimes she just feels dead inside
and sometimes she is a literal marauding death bot

the rest of the time shes an alien

well if it helps any
the way ive decided to deal with past me is this:
keep the good parts
throw away the bad parts
and in so doing
i hope to create from myself and the remnants of her
a stronger and better amalgam of both
