TEXT ♞ IT WASN'T ME, MA

If Retrospec gives you an item that you suspect is a murder weapon, what do you do with it? Should it be turned into the police or do you just keep it somewhere...? And what if you accidentally already got your fingerprints all over it...?

... hypothetically asking.

Yeah, I can. Dusting for prints is easy enough to do at home and I can bring other samples to work with me.

I'd be happy to. I've looked at items for a few other users before, including somewhat questionable weapons. Someone who used to be on the app kept finding knives all over her apartment.

As far as I know, no. They'd just turn up in drawers or other random places.

Well, she's off the app now, so she's about as safe as any other napper.

That is one advantage to Maurice's mailbox, in addition to the option to redepositing unwanted items. Though it would be nice if the item descriptions were a little more helpful.

Sometimes, to a certain extent. Fingerprints degrade over time, depending on the surface. But generally the most you can do is separate one person's fingerprints from a second person's.

[Tatsuo inserts his address here, at a perfectly respectable block of apartments in Tisse]

You can bring it by tomorrow morning.
