I went to pick up an item from the mailbox and when I pulled it out, it turned out to be a bloody knife.

I know that I shouldn't jump to conclusions but that really doesn't look good.

A bloody knife???? You need to get rid of that!! Or turn it into the police!

Everyone's telling me to not turn it into the police because they would get the wrong idea and think that I'm the murderer instead.

But I'm stuck between hiding the weapon somewhere in my apartment or putting it back in the mailbox. Everyone's making really good points for either side.

Maybe you should put it back in the mailbox.
You wouldn't have to hide it in your apartment that way.

Yeah, that's what Kyouko is suggesting but I'm going to get it examined by a CSI agent and take it to Kyouko and Byakuya to look over first.

I don't know if we can get a lot of info off it but it might help jog our memories of Hope's Peak or anything else if they take a look at it.

That's a good idea. Byakuya and Kyouko should be able to figure out what exactly happened with it.

I hope the memories it helps with aren't bad memories... Maybe it's really not a murder weapon?

... Kaede, when I tell you this, I don't want you to panic. This is just based on the memories that Kyouko, Byakuya, Kaguya, and I have gotten and we still don't know the full details, but there was at least one mutual killing game at Hopes Peak.

What do you mean, Makoto? A mutual killing game? What kind of game is that supposed to be?

It was a game where we were supposed to kill one another.

I don't know why we were forced to play it or how we got caught up in it, but at least one game was hosted inside the school. That's the one that Kyouko and I remember, and there was one more that took place during a school field trip that Byakuya and Kaguya were part of.

We're not sure if more classes were involved or if they all happened at around the same general time.
