In one of my memories, there as a case within which I contained some number of dangerous items, as a precautionary measure. It seems that case would be well-suited to our purposes.

That definitely sounds really useful. It'd be kind of nice if we could choose what items we could get from Retrospec but that'd be way too easy, huh?

Precisely. That would involve Retrospec making life easy for us, and that seems to be the opposite of their company policy.

It really does seem like that. They keep saying that they're trying to help us so I don't understand why they refuse to communicate with us properly on what's going on.

It's almost as if they're honestly trying to seem like the bad guys.

It does seem like that, doesn't it? It's a risky move to play the role of a villain. They would have to have some ulterior motive for acting in such a way, unless they truly are malevolent and are overconfident in the power that they hold over us.
