I'd definitely try time or distractions before I take anything to the head.

I'm definitely not going to use a past murder weapon for self-defence! I might just invest in pepper spray or something...

That's true... but I've been thinking of picking up some sort of martial arts or anything to learn self-defence.

I just don't really know what one to pick up.
